About the Company

This business started in 2000 as a hobby and a personal challenge. Sherrie Munson-Haulet hand carves stones with only a hammer and a chisel.

The business opened at it's present location in Buckley along Highway 410 in 2004 when Sherrie left her secretary job at a local quarry to help provide for her 5 kids, John, Jeff, Marty, Bret & Macoya. Sherrie makes her home in Enumclaw.

Sherrie's husband is a 4th generation powder man and has worked with stone for 10 years. They hope to expand the company in the next year. The company offers a choice of many different kinds of stone.

We give our customers personal attention. Each stone is unique and one of a kind. It's a natural way to decorate any garden or home. Contact us and we'll work with you to find the perfect rock. We have many photo samples available.

For those of you on a budget, we have a three month payment plan with no interest.

Delivery and setting of stone is available for any size. If you already have that special rock on site, we'll come to you.

Our showroom and gift shop is conveniently located along Highway 410 in Buckley. We are directly across from the Buckley Eagles Hall. Stop in today and take a look at our album filled with designs we've already done for satisfied customers all over the area!

I thank all of you. You are appreciated more than you will ever know. That ideal stone is out there and being able to carve something on it means a lot to me. I get to make a living doing what I love and I can't thank you all enough for that because without your support, I wouldn't be doing stonework and I wouldn't get to challenge myself when you ask me to carve a design or picture that I haven't done yet. When I finish a stone, I stand back and look at it and I am shocked that I actually did that. Who would have thought that stone carving was what I do?

I also want to thank my family and friends and those close to my heart that have helped me along the way but I can't thank in person. I wouldn't be where I'm at without any of you!!

I am anxious and a little scared for 2005. My goal this year is just to relax, breath, have fun and carve, carve, carve.
